Rotarian Cindy Bye Returns From Project in Africa

Rotarian Cindy Bye has recently returned from Liberia, West Africa, where she visited the project sites where our club is working, with the participation of the Billings West Club and a District grant. This year two villages in an area off of the road system received a well and a latrine. They finally have safe drinking water! The people were also given training in sanitation and health.
