Paul Harris Fellow recognition is given in appreciation to anyone who contributes outright or cumulatively (Sustaining Membership status), or in whose name is contributed, a gift of $1,000 or more to the Annual Programs Fund, PolioPlus, or the Humanitarian Grants Program. The recognition consists of a certificate and pin. The reward is fulfilling the 4-Way Test and knowing you have truly helped those who benefit from the efforts of Rotary International.
