Community Special Projects:  Promotion of special projects in our club.  Involvement includes monetary gifts and volunteer time towards local community projects such as putting in park benches, building sidewalks or playgrounds, planting trees, etc.

International Projects:  Determines international projects in which to partner with a club outside the United States.

Food Baskets:  Raises funds from Rotarians to purchase food at cost from Food Services of America for distribution to needy families at Thanksgiving and Christmas through Family Services.  The committee manages food costs to provide the best possible meal for each nutritional dollar spent.  They coordinate the ordering of product, schedule packing days for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and cooperate with FSA and Family Services to deliver the holiday baskets.

Dictionary Project:  The Dictionary Project is a non-profit organization that raises money to provide dictionaries to third-grade students in order to assist teachers in helping their students become active readers, good writers, and resourceful learners.  Each year, the Downtown Billings Rotary Club, in cooperation with other local clubs, purchases dictionaries (one year was over 1,100 dictionaries) and delivers them to several Billings-area schools.
